Order of Appointment for Comrade Wu Xiuhua
Appointing former Deputy Director of the Section Two Joint Office for Combating Falun Gong, Comrade Wu Xiuhua, as Director of the North American Office for Combating Falun Gong (Deputy Bureau Level), relieving his previous position as Section Two Director.
Wu Xiuhua, male, Han ethnicity, born August 25, 1966, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a university degree. He has previously planned and organized missions against Falun Gong practitioners’ petition, propagation, meditation practice, and infiltration of party and governmental facilities in Beijing, accumulating extensive experience in suppressing Falun Gong. In the North American area, Falun Gong activities were increasingly rampant during the COVID 19 pandemic period. Based on the March Comprehensive Committee Party Meeting resolution, the North American Office for Combating Falun Gong has been adjusted from Deputy Director level to Deputy Bureau Level to strengthen efforts suppressing Falun Gong.
